Foraging has long been a necessity for us - Wild foods have boundless benifits and understanding what nature has to offer when you are able to see beyond the obvious is why we have put together a foraging experience - We follow the seasons and anticipate the changes
Autum is a great season for the Forager - after the long summer we are now introduced to the world of the fruiting fungi
You will be have first hand experience handing wild foods and take away a deeper understanding of the natural world here in Britain

°The foraging code - Sustainability and the law in the UK
°Identifying the few toxic species found in Britain - Understanding why safe foraging is critical
°Wild foods foraging - We will explain and identify many species from plant to fungi, then give you the opportunity to go foraging - we will then check what you have found before adding it to a wild hamper
°The opportunity to learn wild foods and Natural matirials in Britains woods and heathland - Take photos and ask
questions
° Fungi foraging - Gather wild fungi from the forest with an expert
°You'll be with some like minded individuals learning about nature
° A Wild snack - A sit down mid way through the journey where you'll enjoy a wild snack
°Learn about medicianal plants and fungi and why some natural matirials in the wilderness are essential for bushcraft such as natural cordage for bow making
